Parents wishing to enrol children at Bethlehem School will need to complete an enrolment form which can be downloaded or collected from the school office. Applications for out of zone enrolments should be made by downloading, completing and presenting the appropriate form at the school office before the application deadline shown on the form.
Enrolment forms should be returned to the school office along with,
- proof your child's or children's usual place of residence
- their birth certificate or passport, and
- immunisation certificates
Children who have not previously been enrolled in a New Zealand school may need to provide evidence that they are eligible to enrol i.e parent work visa and student visa (in passport).
